I code from home over remote desktop, and was finding Sublime 2 unusable. I have a beefy FIOS connection, and was not having issues with any other App.
I Googled and checked this Forum, and I didn’t come across any solutions, or that many people complaining. Sublime users must be Apple and Linux users mostly?
Anyway, I figured out the problem was caused by the smooth scrolling option. Turn it off, and everything works. You can also improve remote desktop performance by turning off the “minimap.”
