Sublime Text2 and autohotkey key mappings not working

#1

I work on both Mac and PC and have mapped various key combination on Windows 7 to their OSX equivalents using AutohotKey e.g.

; map the super/windows key to ctrl for often used shortcuts.
#a::^a
#c::^c
#v::^v
#s::^s

I’m unsure why but these system wide AutohotKey mappings aren’t respected by Sublime Text 2, whilst all other applications on windows 7 I’ve come across do.

I’d love to switch to Sublime Text on both Mac and PC but this issue holding me back.

Does Sublime Text differ in regard to how it intercepts/interprets key presses in a significant way perhaps? Any insight or solution appreciated.
