This should totally be a thing. CodeEnvy and Cloud9 are awful. There are quite a few other up and coming projects of the sort, but I don’t have faith that any of them would be able to compete with a Sublime Web IDE.

I personally am against this. ST is a PC software, not a web app.
If he goes this way then he’ll have to support 2 different softwares at the same time, not to mention he’ll have to learn the necessary languages and techniques to make the web version.
