I was trying to use the shortcut key to switch between columns / panels in Sublime text 2. I’m using Ctrl + 1 - 3 shortcut key. The shortcut is not working if I use the numeric pad in my keyboard (right side of the keyboard). I’ve tried toggling Num Lock, but no use.

You’ll have to add new bindings with keypad1-keypad3 instead of 1-3. (see docs.sublimetext.info/en/latest/ … dings.html)
Also I have to recommend github.com/SublimeText/Origami.
