Hello,

I installed sublime text 3 on ubuntu 13.10 from ppa,
Can’t change preferences, show console, copy, or lot of other thing when i launch Sublime text 3 with my current user.
When i launch sublim text 3 with sudo subl.
I have access to all command ( show console so i have installed package control from root ).
can’t click on “about sublime text” …

so need to launch subl with root for about : build 3047
