Repaint sublimetext window

Repaint sublimetext window

Postby damccull on Thu Dec 05, 2013 9:12 pm

Is there any way to invalidate the UI in order to force it to repaint itself entirely? I'm talking about the entire window, not views within. I would like to do this for both sublime text 2 and 3, but if I can't do both, 3 is the preferred.

Try changing the theme or color scheme.

I am changing the theme. That's what causes the issue. Some users report only having the problem with the Soda themes, but I can't verify it's only with those. When I change themes programatically by changing the setting, it occasionally breaks the UI unless it's resized or minimized/maximized. It looks like assets don't fully load, or else don't get painted after the other assets are removed from memory. Download Solarized Toggle and swap the Soda light and dark themes to see this behavior.
