Find and Replace on Mac OSX?

How do I “Find and Replace” on the Mac OSX version of ST2? According to the doc ( docs.sublimetext.info/en/latest/ … place.html ) I just hit Ctrl + H, but that just hides my window!

Thanks, and how would i do a find and replace on multiple docs (ex. all text docs in same folder)?
