Can't restore Sublime Text 2 on OSX [SOLVED]

#1

Hello,

I got a problem running build 2051 on OSX 10.6.7. When I close Sublime clicking on the red x it’s shown as still active in the dock, like every other app. However, if I click on the icon to restore sublime, the editor-window doesn’t show up again. The menubar changes to Sublime Text 2, but there’s no way to get back the editor.

The only way for me to continue working is to quit the application via dock and to restart it.

I already tried deleting all the Application Support settings, but to no avail.
Anybody else got this problem?

Also, is this the right place to notify the creator about an issue, or should I write to support@sublimetext.com?

Cheers.

Have you tried File>New Window? That works for me.

This is normal behaviour. Firefox does the same thing… close the main window, program continues to sit in dock and will bring up the menu on the bar when you click it. You need to create a new window to go further.

Okay, thanks for the clarification. I’m new to OSX
