Dev Build 3081

#1

Dev Build 3081 is out now, fixing excessive CPU usage in the face of a corrupt index. You can also now tune how many concurrent index workers are used, via the index_workers setting. If you’re finding fans are spinning up because of the number of workers, you may want to set this to a lower value, such as 1, which will make indexing take longer, but be less intrusive.

Might be a good move to push this to beta replacing 3080 once these CPU fixes are tested in the dev channel. I haven’t seen the problem myself but a colleague has so I assume this could affect quite a few people.

I had a similar issue, but it went away as soon as I restarted ST.

I did restart before posting my first message, and the files were with no syntax highlighting but it’s ok now, i just downloaded 3082 and it’s working again.
