Here are info’s about atom’s new autocomplete system (integrated from autocomplete-plus):

Two features stick out that would be great in ST:

1. The small icon/symbol before the completion indicating the type (e.g. blue f for function, yellow c for class). Other editors have that as well.
2. The small description at the bottom of the completion list (visible in the gif below the first screenshot). It gives super short description for the completions (e.g. the “target” attribute of the “a” tag) and as the option to click on “More…” which opens the documentation in the browser. The short description and the URL for “More” are provided by the optional “description” and “descriptionMoreURL” argument for each completion (github.com/atom/autocomplete-pl … uggestions).
