well, for some reason once i save the code it’s been displayed in the rectangular lines… see attached (db.tt/pmGXDu3L)

those lines are from pylint and indicate errors/warnings that it discovered.

The follow up question is - is there a way to see those errors in a popup once i point the mice on the line ?

I don’t believe so. One thing that Sublime Text is still missing (which has been highly requested by plugin makers) is the ability to add custom tooltips/hover elements.
