I am using Sublime Text 3 build 3083 on Windows 7 (64 bit) with a standard UK keyboard. Every so often, apparently at random, the keyboard layout seems to switch to (I think) a US layout. So pressing Shift+’ (single quote) enters a " (double quote) character instead of @. The issue only affects Sublime: text entered in other programs at the same time works fine. Restarting Sublime fixes the issue (for a while). I have seen the same problem with the latest version of Sublime Text 2. Is there anything I can do about this?
