Trying to change the size of the filename tabs and of the text in the tabs, I noticed that this directory is empty:
~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages/Theme - Default/

I am guessing that this missing file is messing up my displays.

Using Ubuntu 15.04 (the latest) and running build 3095
