Does anyone have a decent run down on how to get all the python development plugins (Anaconda, Linter, REPL, etc) working in Sublime when the working under cygwin to handle the virtualenv and python installation?

I’m working on a django project and I can’t seem to get the linters to recognize the packages and provide completions and not highlight them red.
