Wont it be nice to have a single account like sync in firefox. So personalization, plugins and snippets can be saved on cloud.

Just symlink your user package to a Dropbox folder or use one of the “sync” packages. This really isn’t in the scope of ST. You could also use a private git repo on bitbucket.
