This started happening after moving my Sublime Text 2 folders to dropbox on my host machine (Mac OS X) and then symlinking my Packages, Installed Packages, and Pristine Packages folders to point to there.

Then I installed Sublime Text 2 onto another machine (Windows 8), deleted all contents of Packages, Installed Packages, and Pristine Packages and then symlinked those to point to the Dropbox ones. I made sure Sublime Text 2 was closed on both occasions.

The problem is only happening to the Mac machine, not the Windows one (Even though they are sharing the same folders).

Any ideas at what files I should look at to find the problem?

Somehow, there was a symlink to the Packages folder within the Packages folder, which made it get recursively added I guess. I didn’t make that extra symlink though, but all is good now.
